1. Services and Deposits

All services, including land clearing, lawn care, and tree removal, are subject to availability. Deposits are due at the time of booking. Once a deposit is received and work has begun, all payments are non-refundable, and no returns will be issued.

2. Cancellation and Withdrawal of Services

Triple A&C Land Clearing reserves the right to cancel or withdraw services at any time, including due to scheduling conflicts, unsafe conditions, or other operational reasons. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases. If a customer cancels a scheduled service within 24 hours of the appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable. All bookings must be cancelled 48 hours prior to booking time and date.

3. Liability and Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, Triple A&C Land Clearing is not liable for any errors, omissions, or damages resulting from services provided or information on this website. Services are performed at the customer’s property, and by requesting service, the customer assumes responsibility for any pre-existing conditions or property limitations.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and materials on this website are the property of Triple A&C Land Clearing and are protected by copyright. Users may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or use content for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. User Conduct
